Notes Tool is a simple multi-page note manager for creating and managing quick notes, links and to-do lists for easy further processing. The program has a simple interface trough which you can access a list of available features. The included formatting bar is very much similar to the MS Word interface, which helps you to get familiar with the tool easily. Besides helping in storing and managing all the frequently used important data, the tool will be helpful for many other uses with its fully functional RTF editor with OLE and image-handling capabilities, built-in multi-month calendar, simple data/time stamping functions and Shell Execute functions. You can launch applications, commonly edited files, URLs and email addresses automatically by using its Shell Execute function. To edit a file, you just have to highlight the file reference. The tool automatically invokes the Notepad and edits the chosen file for you. One of the other interesting features is Parsing Equation that can be helpful for calculating complex indexes and trigonometric functions and equations. Furthermore, you can maintain several notebook files up to 9 levels of sub-notes, add or delete a note or sub-note from the Notes menu, insert objects, add current date and time, etc. |
